In October 2025, to mark the launch of work on the Erasmus+ project in the vocational education sector entitled “SmartVET Industrial 4.0”, students of ZSMI in Lębork, under the guidance of Mr. Grzegorz Traciewicz, a teacher of IT subjects, undertook an ambitious task – creating keychains featuring the project logo.

Creation Process

The most challenging part of the task proved to be recreating the font from scratch, without using a ready-made template. Mr. Traciewicz and his students used CAD software to design the model, then printed the finished product on a 3D printer in the school workshop.

Educational and Promotional Purpose

This activity provided an excellent opportunity to:

  • familiarize students with the goals and objectives of the SmartVET project
  • develop 3D design and CAD modeling skills
  • promote the project among the school community

International Significance

The keychains created by our students were gifted to project partners from France, Turkey, and Greece during the staff mobility to Paris. The coordinators’ meeting combined with teachers’ training took place in November 10-14, 2025.

This initiative demonstrates how students’ practical activities can connect vocational education with international cooperation and real-world projects.
